A high-efficiency grinding mill for the wet or dry grinding of gold, copper, iron and non-metallic ores. A rolling-bearing drive replaces the traditional sliding bearing, cutting friction losses and lowering energy consumption while keeping throughput stable.
Send your ore type, feed size, target grind (P80) and throughput — we'll size the mill and quote within 24 hours.
Talk to an EngineerThe ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical drum partly filled with steel grinding media. As the shell rotates, the media is lifted and then cascades down onto the ore, reducing it by impact and attrition until the valuable minerals are liberated from the gangue. Ground slurry overflows (overflow type) or is forced through a discharge grate (grate type) at the required particle size for the next stage — typically flotation, gravity separation or leaching.
For most metal-ore concentrators, grinding is the single largest energy cost. Correct mill sizing and media selection typically move overall plant operating cost more than any other equipment decision.

The energy-saving ball mill is the workhorse grinding unit across a wide range of beneficiation flowsheets:
Paired with Xinhai spiral classifiers or hydrocyclones, the mill runs in closed circuit to deliver a precise, consistent product size to downstream separation.
